Can you let us know who will be picking up from the depot?

Please let us know if you will be sending someone else to pick up on your behalf at the depot. The shipping depot will only dispatch to the person who is on the bill of lading. Please bring a copy of the bill of lading along with picture ID at time of pick up.

This is what to expect upon your confirmation that you are ready for us to to ship out your order:

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for our dispatcher to get your order ready
  • You will receive an email with a copy of the transportation company’s way bill and a notification that the transportation company has picked up the shipment from our warehouse. You will see an estimated time of arrival on the pickup
  • Feel free to track your order using the pro number on your way bill through the transportation’s website. You have 48 hrs to pick up the shipment once it arrives at the depot.
  • Before heading to the depot to pick up, it is always a good idea to call the depot to ensure shipment has been unloaded from the trailer to their warehouse and is ready for dispatch.
