Had a very positive experience at this store. I was given space by the sales staff to browse around and after finding a beautiful storage bed, received great help and service from Sam to place my custom order. Sam was friendly, knowledgeable and followed up well on some of my concerns.
Was disappointed in how long it took to receive the custom bed, (3 months) but knew that going into my purchase.
Received the bed as scheduled, and upon delivery and set-up, could not get the drawers to slide properly and close all the way. After contacting Valerie at REVOLVE, received prompt service in someone from a refurbishing company coming to my home the following week to correct the problem.
All is working wonderful now!!
Will definitely check out this great store for future purchases.
