Really surprised by all these negative reviews [on yelp]. Prices are high but over the years I've had pretty good luck. Bought a sofa with movable arms, in leather, in 2009 and it's like new, I love it. Bought a leather recliner in 2011 because recliners are so comfortable but are usually ugly. This is the nicest looking, most stream-lined one I've ever seen. Had an issue with the hydraulics and everything was covered by warranty without any questions. They picked it up, repaired it and delivered it back and everyone I dealt with was really nice. Still comfortable and getting compliments today. Late last year I bought a gorgeous contemporary rocker and it's in perfect shape. Never had to assemble any of these. Delivery guys were nice for the 2 big ones and I remember the warehouse girl on the smaller one was especially good.
For the two large pieces I happened to buy things that were in-stock but for the small piece I only had to wait 3 or 4 weeks. 12 weeks is pretty standard for any custom work in the industry.
They aren't perfect -- staff is of variable quality and they can be snooty if they think you can't afford the good stuff -- but I will certainly go back. In fact, I saw some dining room chairs on sale that I plan to look at today.
