I've read all the terrible reviews [on yelp] and I'm a little taken aback. Maybe because my sales person, Connie, was very knowledgeable , and just all around helpful. Her customer service alone will get me back to Revolve. She knew what couches came in what color, where they were getting shipped from, how long it would take to ship, and this all off the top of her head. She would walk around with us trying to help us find pieces that would go together. We all know that most people in sales work on commission, but Connie never made us feel like we were just another commission. Should you go into Revolve and see something you like, ask for Connie. Or better yet call and ask when she's going to be there. That's what I did when I went back to buy more furniture.
